1. Submit a Lost Report
Submit a report on The Pet Project’s Lost platform, find this at: https://thepetproject.in/l
Once you’ve filled out the form, a notice will be published to our website, and we’ll try to share it with as many people as we can. This is a great way to get some reach.
2. Make Posters
Making posters is quite easy, visit this link and use the amazing, free template to make a lost dog poster.
Once you’ve done that, post the signs around your area, and where you last saw the dog. Other good places to post posters are places where you like to take your dog, like a park, or a pet store.
3. Contact
Contact local shelters, vets, and any trainers or pet related services you know. You can also call/text friends and family so that they can be on the look out.
Call shelters and ask if they know anything about your dog.
Once you find your dog
When you find your dog, assess the dog’s situation. If he’s looking good, then your good to go, we recommend taking to the vet for a checkup, and giving him a good grooming.
