Yes, a fully vaccinated person is defined by the following:
• Any person who has received both doses of the vaccine and 14 days have lapsed since the administration of the second dose.
• Any person having a medical condition that does not allow him or her to take the vaccine and has a valid certificate to that extent from a recognised doctor.
• A person who is less than 18 years of age.
If you aren’t fully vaccinated then you may carry a valid RT-PCR test report which is no more than 72 hours old.
Either of the following documents are required at time of travel:
• Universal pass
• Cowin certificate with a valid ID proof
For citizens below 18 years of age, any Government or school issued ID will be accepted.
For those who are unable to take the vaccine due to medical reasons, a certificate from a certified medical practitioner may serve as documentary evidence for entry.
For those who aren’t double vaccinated, a valid RT-PCR test report which is no more than 72 hours old will be accepted.
No refund is applicable for those who aren’t fully vaccinated.
